Starting Salary: £25,500 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: ProAmpac Stadium, Lincoln
About the Role
At Lincoln City Foundation, we use the power of Lincoln City Football Club to inspire, empower and support individuals across our community.
The Foundation delivers a wide range of programmes focused on health, inclusion and community engagement, with a strong commitment to creating opportunities for under-represented groups and improving lives through sport.
The successful candidate will support the coordination, development and delivery of programmes including:

Women & Girls Football
-
Extra Time Hubs
-
Disability Football
-
Physical Activity Sessions
This role would suit an enthusiastic, motivated and organised individual who is passionate about community sport, inclusion and making a genuine difference.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the coordination and delivery of Health & Inclusion programmes outside of education settings

Support the sustainability and growth of existing programmes
-
Assist in developing new opportunities and community projects
-
Build and maintain positive relationships with participants, partners and local organisations
-
Support programme monitoring, reporting and evaluation
-
Ensure all activity is delivered safely and in line with safeguarding and health & safety standards

Support wider Foundation delivery where necessary

We are looking for someone who is:

Passionate about community development and inclusion

A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Organised, proactive and able to work independently

Committed to delivering high-quality sessions and experiences

Flexible and able to work evenings and occassional weekends
Essential Requirements
-
NGB Level 2 Coaching Qualification OR Level 3 Personal Trainer/Exercise Referral Qualification

In-date Safeguarding Certificate
-
In-date Emergency First Aid Certificate
-
Minimum 1 year experience within sport, physical activity, education or community delivery
-
Experience delivering sport or physical activity programmes
-
Experience supporting or managing volunteers
-
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
-
Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to undertake)
