Our PL Kicks sessions give young people a safe space to socialise with their friends and meet new people while participating in fun and engaging activities.
Using our all weather 3G pitch outside space, our sessions offers:

Welcome to the new 25/26 Premier League Kicks season, Sessions at LNER stadium 3G and Birchwood Leisure Centre.

Throughout May at Premier League Kicks, we are supporting Mental Health Awareness Month through our 'Inside Matters' campaign.
Across all PL Kicks sessions this month, we will be helping young people explore:

Positive ways to look after their mental health

The importance of talking and asking for support
-
How physical activity, friendships, sleep, nutrition and confidence can improve wellbeing
-
Simple coping strategies for stress, pressure and difficult emotions
Our sessions will continue to provide a safe, inclusive and supportive environment where young people can enjoy football, activities and conversations that promote positive mental wellbeing.
Remember, looking after your mental health is just as important as looking after your physical health.
